Data processed, purposes and methods of processing
Navigation data – Access to this site and navigation within it takes place through the use of a web browser. - session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and vanish when the browser is closed) and are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable secure and efficient exploration of the site. Period of retention of personal data
Apart from what is specified above, the data collected by the site during its operation is kept for the time strictly necessary for the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized unless there is no further purpose for retaining the data.
Data (IP address) used for site security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for 30 days.
Data for analytics (statistical) purposes are kept in aggregate for 24 months.
Transfer of data to countries outside the EU
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. Specifically with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized under specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular the European Commission Implementing Decision no. 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here is the Guarantor’s information page), so no further consent is needed. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
Security measures
Visitor/user data are processed lawfully and fairly, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. The security of your personal information in the communication session with this site is protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate that uses a presentation cryptographic protocol, encrypting the information. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of appointees involved in the organization of the site or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers) may have access to the data.
Rights of data subjects

Right of complaint
Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this site is in violation of EU Regulation 2016/679, pursuant to Art. 77, may file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
The interested party, pursuant to Art. 7 of the Privacy Code, he/she also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, as well as the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional communications or for the other purposes for which he/she has given consent.
